2011

Dimesions Management Consultancy launch

DMC is established as a Zimbabwean-owned Human Resources and Business Advisory consulting firm, specializing in strategic performance improvement interventions.

2011-2014

Early Growth

Expansion of service offerings, including HR consulting, organizational design, and training needs analysis. Development of customized selection tools and surveys for client businesses. Initial partnerships with industry and commerce sectors in Zimbabwe.

2015-2017

Partnerships & Program Development

Strategic partnership with Stellenbosch University (USB-ED) in South Africa to offer Management Development Programs.Introduction of ROI Certification programs to measure training effectiveness.Launch of Customer Service Strategies & Service Culture Entrenchment Programs.

2018–2020

Expansion of Leadership & Strategy Services

Integration of John Maxwell Leadership Training into service offerings.Adoption of the Driver Model for strategy facilitation.Expansion of Organisational Climate Survey Tools and Organisational Development (OD) interventions.

2021–Present

Consolidation, Industry Recognition & CMI(UK) Partnership

Continued growth in business advisory and HR solutions, serving a broader client base across Zimbabwe and possibly neighboring regions.Strengthening of facilitation and training programs, including Training of Facilitators (TOF).Ongoing refinement of performance improvement interventions to align with modern business challenges.
