Coaching Center

The Coaching Centre focuses on developing the focus on coaching for organisations. It delivers three interventions as follows:

• AWARENESS: Coaching Mentorship and OD Conference
• CULTURE BUILDING: Institutionalisation of Coaching
• COMPETENCY: The Certified Business Coach Program

The Dimensions Coaching Centre works with clients to build awareness in coaching through the Coaching, Mentorship and OD Conference which is an annual event and focused on Executives and Managers across functional divide. Coaching is the key leverage which can trigger organisational performance. Dimensions also runs a two-day Master Class on mentorship.

Dimensions can assist organisations which desires to set up mentorship internally and can develop and sustain mentorship within organisations and transplants a leadership DNA that is consistent in the organisation. Dimensions works with key Mentors and coaches in Zimbabwe and South Africa to deliver on this critical mission.

The institutionalization of coaching is done with coaching provided by Dimensions to Leaders and training provided to get the managers as coaches and we can also support internal coaches through coach supervision.

The Certified Business Coach Program is a global program aligned to the ICF USA standards and after accreditation with ICF as ACTP, it will give practitioners an opportunity to credential themselves with ICF as Associated Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
