Cleopas is a seasoned Business Leader, Human Resources professional and Business Executive Coach. He is an Immediate Past President of Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) having served as its President from 2021-2023.
He is a Global Speaker and has spoken to more than 100 conferences locally regionally and internationally. He has served and still serve boards in Zimbabwe and abroad some of the organizations are Cimas Group (Zim), International Association of Facilitators (IAF) USA, Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) where he chairs the Board, Africa Executive Coaching Council (AECC), ARUPE Jesuit University, Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) Advisory Board.

Cleopas has been celebrated among the 100 Best Global Coaches (World Coaching Congress), and among the WHO is WHO of professionals (World Historical Society) USA. He has served global operations such as Delta Corporation which was an associate of SAB Miller Africa and Asia in various capacities having risen from Regional Operations Trainer role, Group Human Resources Development Manager and Business Executive under their Mandel Training Centre and was part of the team that customized the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) Executive Development Program (EDP).
He also served the Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Group in Talent Development roles. He also had a stint as General Manager Tel One Centre for Learning and transformed the institution and increased revenues and enhanced the partnerships with institutions in USA, UK, China and India. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching (IoC) USA, International Coaches Federation (ICF) USA, Fellow Member IPMZ,and Member Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) USA. Cleopas is married to Memory and together the couple is blessed with 4 kids and he is an ardent Golfer.
