Irvine Matika joins the Dimensions Management consultants board as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Irvine is currently an International HR Business Partner of Crown Agents, an International Development Organisation. He is former International HRBP with British Red Cross (UK), Plan International (UK), WV International (Johannesburg), Premier Human Capital (SA), Bosele Consultant (SA), And Delta Beverages among other HR assignments.
Irvine is a seasoned HR expect both locally and internationally. Irvine is also the Senior Pastor for AFMIM- Kettering Assembly (UK). Rev Matika holds an MA Human Resources Degree from Leeds University (UK), BSc Honours Politics and Administration (University of Zimbabwe) BA Theology from Auckland Theological Seminary (SA), Diplomas in Personnel Management and Diploma in Training Management from IPMZ.
