Memory Isa Chiketa is a results-driven organisational development leader, executive coach, social work practitioner, and thought leader serving as the Managing Partner at Dimensions Management Consultants. She brings a powerful blend of strategic consulting, leadership development, and human centred transformation expertise, supporting organisations across the public and private sectors to build high-performance cultures and future ready institutions.

She provides strategic leadership to the firm’s consulting, talent development, and institutional strengthening portfolio, leading high-impact engagements in leadership development, executive coaching, capacity building, facilitation, governance support, and culture transformation. Memory works closely with boards, executives, and senior leadership teams to align strategy, people, and systems for sustainable performance.

Memory is a Certified Coach with the Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International framework, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree from Africa University. This strong multidisciplinary and professional foundation anchors her work in organisational behaviour, change management, leadership effectiveness, and human systems development, enabling her to design solutions that are both technically rigorous and deeply people centred.

With over a decade of experience in consulting, training, facilitation, executive development, and strategic leadership, she is known for her strategic clarity, execution discipline, and ability to translate strategy into measurable results. She plays a central role in shaping and delivering executive and management development programmes, including internationally aligned professional qualifications delivered through the Dimensions platform.

Beyond corporate consulting, Memory is also the host of the Inspire Children Talk Show and is deeply involved in empowering youths, adolescents, and families through mentorship, coaching, advocacy, and community-based development initiatives.
